MASSIMO
Massimo Larosa has followed in the footsteps of his Italian family since he was a child. It was his mother and grandmother who passed on to him their passion for cooking. Massimo has worked with chefs of the calibre of Gaetano Trovato, Antonio Guida and Nino Di Costanzo. Over the past five years he has enriched his cuisine with fresh experiences, including his time at the IT-Ibiza restaurant with Gennaro Esposito. He also boasts recent collaborations with the San Domenico, the Arzak, the Celler de Can Roca.
